# Other things DBHQ makes

heliograph is one of several. The rest are here so you do not have to go
looking, and because a tool is easier to trust when you can see what else the
people who wrote it have shipped.

## Sites you can open now

| | |
|---|---|
| [bbs.dbhq.uk](https://bbs.dbhq.uk) | The world wide web, as a bulletin board. Rust compiled to WebAssembly, CP437, 80x25 |
| [modem.dbhq.uk](https://modem.dbhq.uk) | An acoustic modem simulator. Two machines, one sound card each, a real Bell 103 connection over the air, preceded by a faithfully performed dial-up overture |
| [skills.dbhq.uk](https://skills.dbhq.uk) | Install agent skills for Claude Code and Codex. A page for each of the nine, and every one of them states what its skill does not do |

## Skills for Claude Code and Codex

Free and open source, each one installed with a single command and no sign-up.
heliograph itself ships as one of them.

```bash
/plugin marketplace add dbhq-uk/marketplace
```

The [marketplace](https://github.com/dbhq-uk/marketplace) carries the full set,
and [skills.dbhq.uk](https://skills.dbhq.uk) describes what each one is for, a
page per skill.
Among them: research that says when it cannot settle a question, a repository
coherence checker, Microsoft 365 mail and calendar, Trello, Garmin, and
compiler-exact .NET code search.

## Free tools that run in a browser

| | |
|---|---|
| [Spreadsheet health check](https://dbhq.uk/spreadsheet-health-check/) | A risk scan of a workbook, entirely client-side. Nothing is uploaded |
| [Azure Well-Architected taster](https://dbhq.uk/azure-well-architected-review/) | A read-only five-pillar score from Azure Advisor signal. No AI, no sign-up, nothing leaves your tenant |

## The company

[DBHQ](https://dbhq.uk) is Daniel Grimes: senior engineering delivery, mostly
in regulated estates, which is where the constraint behind heliograph came
from in the first place. The tools here are free because they were paid for by
the work that produced them.
